adMarketplace Review:

This adMarketplace review is based on test that lasted just over 30 days beginning around June 18th, 2012 when I was first contacted by an adMarketplace representative. I informed my new rep that I’ve been contacted by many “alternative traffic source” companies and what my CPA target was. He assured me that it was possible to reach our desired CPA.

I was instructed to run a 30 day minimum test in which the first 15 days would be for data collection purposes and the last 15 days would be for making tweaks to reach target CPA. During the first 15 days of testing, our internal reporting showed that 83% of traffic coming from the adMarketPlace network bounced with duplicate clicks from the same IP addresses being evident in our reporting.

Reilly Labs Review

Reilly Labs Review

Some of you may know or heard of Reilly Labs through the Warrior Forum or through some of the WSO’s he promotes. My review is based solely on two products I’ve purchased from Reilly Labs:

  • QR Code Generator
  • Google Maps Generator

These are plugins for WordPress that are  generated by using Adobe Air, neither worked. I filled out multiple trouble tickets that were never answered and as recently as last week i called his PayPal listed phone number (Google Voice) and left a message asking for help with these products. My calls and messages went unanswered.

Reilly Labs is still around and active in the Warrior Forum. I get numerous emails from him or his company promoting the next big WSO, but no responses for product support.

Bottom line – order from this cat at your own risk.

If I do here from Reilly Labs, I’ll be happy to post any resolution, but as of now I have two products that I’m unable to use.

Google AdWords: Don’t Put All Your Eggs In One Basket

No, this is not an Easter related article and has nothing to do with putting Easter Eggs in multiple baskets. But what it does point out are some of the inconsistencies with Google Adwords and why you need to spread your risk out on multiple search engines and continue to explore every avenue including email, social media marketing, video marketing and other methods that will bring consistent traffic to your website that will convert to a sale, a lead, or whatever it is you are looking to measure.

In the past two weeks one of our Google Adwords accounts traffic dropped off sharply. The account has been active for over a year and has a fairly consistent track record. The traffic on this account dropped off by over 100,000 impressions per day. Several calls to Google resulted in one rep stating that is was probably competition (which I challenged) and a second rep stating that it is normal for Content Network traffic to swing up and down much higher than 100,000 impressions on any given day.

No matter how successful an Internet marketer you are, your business will be subject to the fluctuations of Google Adwords traffic and any other search engine PPC program for that matter. This is one reason video marketing and social media marketing have exploded.
